Terms & Policies
- Minimum stay 3 nights
- Weekly rates are for 7 nights
- Deposit £50 per unit; balance due 4 weeks prior to booking
- Oundle Cottage Breaks do not have seasonal variations in our prices
- Prices include bed linen, towels and all electricity and heating
- There is ample, free car parking in the public car park adjacent to the cottages
- Communal clothes washing & drying facilities available Free of Charge
- Smoking is prohibited within the cottages
- The £50.00 reservation Deposit is non- returnable. If the balance has not been paid 4 weeks prior – there is no further liability. If the balance has been paid, we will refund all or part if we are able to re-let prior to the booked date. Cheques should be made payable to: Christine J Simmonds
- We are relaxed about arrival/departure times, it is helpful to know your travel arrangements.
- We do not operate a strict Sat > Sat or Fri > Fri policy.
